Our hands during winter

The cold stings our face but also our hands. If we forget our gloves, our hands quickly become very dry and red. The skin is particularly stressed during winter

To help protect your skin from the cold, I recommend you to hydrate and nourish your hands with our | Lait hydratant riche |. Rich in Plum oil, our lotion nourishes the skin without leaving a sticky effect

The high concentration of oleic acid (omega 9) in the Plum oil nourishes. The skin is nourished only by this fatty acid. Vaseline or other products made with petrochemical ingredients (like mineral oil) may give a greasy effect but that's all. They don't nourish the skin

In the evening, before I go to bed, I massage my hands with | Plum oil |, a real boost to nourish the skin and help the blood circulation. This moment allows me to greatly reduce the effects of Raynaud's disease

I also realized that climbing, which puts a lot of strain on my hands, contribute also to reduce my symptoms. The beginning of the session is sometimes difficult with sore hands which however get better and better during the session

Take care
