| Our vegan birthday cake by Blue's goodies |

250g flour with or without gluten (small spelled or white)
200g coconut or cane sugar
100g powdered or freshly mixed almonds
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
200ml almond milk
100g melted coconut oil
a few pieces of dark or vegan milk chocolate

Mix the chia seeds with 4 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes until thickened
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, ground almonds, cocoa powder and yeast
Introduce the almond milk, melted coconut oil and chia seeds
Add the chocolate pieces
Pour the mixture on the baking sheet with the parchment paper or in a round cake pan
Bake for 30min

Ganache recipe
Ingredients: 1 bowl of coconut cream (the solid part of canned coconut milk) and 1 1/2 bowl of dark or vegan milk chocolate pieces
Recipe: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until it is smooth, Add the coconut cream until completely dissolved, Cool in the fridge for 4 hours then whip the cream!
