What are the transportation costs ?

All the transportation costs are free to France, from €40 spent to Europe and free from €100 to the US and for the rest of the world

 

May I come to the boutique to collect my order?

Of course! We will be happy to welcome you in our Parisian boutique (39 rue des Gravilliers in the 3rd district). You can select this option online when finalizing your purchase. You can also call us at +33 1 70 23 75 35. We will send you a payment link  

 

Which Amalthea beauty routine is made for my skin?

Each skin type has its dedicated beauty routine. We need therefore to know your skin type to recommend you the right routine. | Discover our skin type test |

 

Can I change my subscription during the year?

Of course! Your skin can change with the seasons, your Amalthea beauty routine adapts accordingly. Just contact us to discuss your needs together. We will thus modify together your Amalthea beauty routine

 

Can I stop whenever I want my subscription?

That's right! You can unsubscribe at any time in your customer account

 

For the subscription, should I have a specific customer account?

We offer you a dedicated interface for your subscriptions. That's why we ask you to open a dedicated customer account

Why are Amalthea creams not 100% organic?

All our products are COSMOS ORGANIC certified by Ecocert. Our face creams and body lotions contain 50-70% water (vs. 80% on average in the cosmetics industry). Water and some other natural ingredients are not considered organic by Ecocert and are therefore not taken into account in the calculation of the % of ingredients from Organic Farming 

 

Were the products Amalthea tested by dermatologists?

All our products were tested on sensitive to reactive skin by dermatologists

 

What are the warnings regarding the use of Amalthea products?

We recommend not to swallow, to keep the products out of the reach of children and to stop using them in case of skin irritation

 

Do vegetable oils stain ?

Vegetable oils naturally contain pigments that can leave traces on light colored bed linens

What is your refund policy?

We don't seal our bottles for refillable purposes. As soon as you open your envelope, we can no longer verify that the products are intact. Therefore we cannot accept returns
